Job Description

The company maintains a rental fleet consisting of more than 20,000 units, including steel tanks, polyethylene tanks, roll-off boxes, pumps, pipes, hoses and fittings, filtration units, tank trailers, berms and trench shoring equipment. BakerCorp serves customers in over 15 industries including oil and gas, industrial and environmental services, refining, environmental remediation, construction, chemicals, transportation, power and municipal works. The company also works with customers to deliver a mix of products and services for a wide variety of applications that include: chemical, manufacturing, refining, construction, municipal, industrial services, environmental remediation, power generation, tank terminal/pipeline operations, transportation, mining, electronics and wastewater.
Regional Sales Manager
Territory: 5 locations across CA/OR/WA/UT/CO
Broad Function
Serves to oversee the day-to-day commercial activities and results of all sales representatives within a Region to achieve sales and profit goals.
Essential Functions
€ Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the region
€ Responsible to drive execution on strategic sales initiative (Total Solution Selling/CRM Compliance, Strategic Account collaboration
€ Day-to-day management and coaching of regional sales team
€ Assign accounts and develop territory plan to local sales team to drive accountability. Work with team to develop account level plans to drive growth & share gain
€ Participate in development and implementation of strong sales processes, approaches, tools, and metrics.
€ Attract, retain and develop next generation of sales talent through implementation of a combination of continued process of coaching, training and learning in all aspects of their activities with scheduled reviews of target actions and annual goals to maintain focus on alignment
€ Responsible for developing and managing high level relationships with key National & Regional customers
€ Serve as an effective representative of the company to external constituencies
€ Key member of Regional Leadership team
Working Conditions
€ Working conditions include outdoor and indoor field, yard and shop locations
€ Working on uneven ground and near various types of equipment in all types of weather
€ Exposure to dust and noise
€ Utilization of Personal Protective Equipment as necessary

Education
€ Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience & Other
€ Industrial marketplace & equipment rental experience desired
€ 7 + years of experience in industrial selling, sales management, strategic planning & customer relations essential
€ Excellent presentation, negotiation & overall communication skills essential
€ Familiarity with sales through a distribution network is desired
€ Demonstrated ability to create a vision and drive change, as well as an ability to work within larger organizational objectives
€ Ability to travel (25 %+) essential
€ Computer literacy in MS Windows, Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
