0 Pittsburg, CA Pittsburg, CA Part-time Full-time Part-time Full-time $22 - $25 an hour $22 - $25 an hour Customer Service/ Administrative Position Job Duties Check Voicemail Daily Answer phones Check email and respond to customer leads Check FB messages and respond Check Automanager messages and respond File and log smog and safeties Key in wholesale jackets Take pictures of vehicles post and make live Print Buyers Guides and Carfax reports for vehicles Assist Customers with getting keys for test drives/making copies and verify Drivers Licenses Accounts payables/pay bills weekly Help customer with non-finance car deals Make blue car jackets Make recall appointments Key in seller statements Keep website current with auction dates Key in check in sheets Key in system if we have extra keys to vehicles Other duties as assigned by supervisor Skills/Experience needed Bilingual (Spanish/English), Attention to detail, prior customer service and money handling skills, Excel and MS word, Able to follow directions, friendly disposition, Able to work in a fast paced environment, able to multi-task, sense of urgency, accuracy, must be a team player and able to work well with others.
Must be able to obtain a Salesperson license.
Job hours will vary but must be able to work weekends.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
