Maintenance Technician
Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Management Department supporting various teams within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

00/hr What's the Job? Troubleshoot, analyze, and repair breakdowns or malfunctions of plant, facility utilities, electrical and mechanical equipment, utilizing contractors and outside services when necessary.
Perform preventative maintenance on a regular schedule, document findings, order parts, and make repairs as needed.
Develop skills in machining, alignment, welding, electrical work, pipefitting, preventative as well as predictive maintenance, with the ability to train others in at least two or more of these areas.
Maintain all facility systems and utilities including boilers, compressors, heat exchangers, sprinklers, gas piping, chillers, process water, HVAC, pest control, alarm, sanitary, and storm sewer systems.
Perform work orders as assigned, communicate the status of mechanical, electrical, and/or maintenance issues to affected team members and departments, and document any major problem areas.
What's Needed? Brillium testing required 2-5 years of experience working in a maintenance role for a manufacturing/industrial company.
Background as an electrician is a plus.
Technical certification/degree a plus.
Proven ability to work in compliance with safety and health standards as well as site policies.
