EPIC experience is required.
Job Duties:
Patient Check In/Out Data Entry Appointment Scheduling Insurance Verification Co-pay collection Direct patient contact Answering phones Will be crossed trained within the organization.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma for Equivalent EPIC Experience Required Full knowledge of HIPAA Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to efficiently multi-task Strong knowledge of Medical Terminology 1
year EHR/EMR Experience Must be a fast learner Must be fully vaccinated against COVID- 19 (including booster) and influenza.
Bilingual in Spanish- Preferred Full COVID (including booster) and flu immunization required.
