Strong communication skills, explaining repair estimates, answering technical questions and obtaining repair approvals.
Ability to communicate and work well with Employees, Customers and Management.
Warranty and Vehicle service contract knowledge plus calling/handling service claims.
Production oriented, self-starter, attention to details, Bi-lingual a plus! Positive attitude and Team player, clean MVR.
